Terms of Service

Last updated 22 September 2026

These terms apply when you or your organisation use Leysa. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you're acting for an organisation, that organisation.

The service

Leysa lets your team run automations against platforms you connect, currently Microsoft 365. Leysa is in early access: features may change, and we may add, remove or limit them. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you. If a change materially reduces what you've paid for, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of the period you've paid for.

Trials, plans and payment

  • Each workspace gets a free 14-day trial, starting when the workspace is created. No card is needed. Each Microsoft 365 organisation can have one trial: connecting one that has already had a trial ends the new workspace's trial.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You'll see the price before you pay.
  • The workspace Owner can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. The plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for. Payments aren't refunded for part-used periods, except where the law requires.
  • If a payment fails, automations keep running for 14 days while it's retried, then pause until it's paid.
  • If a trial or plan ends, everyone can still sign in, but automations pause. The workspace is kept for 30 days so you can come back, then deleted.
  • We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, by email to the workspace Owner. It applies from your next renewal after that notice, never part-way through a period you've paid for. If you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before then and you won't be charged it.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.

Your responsibilities

  • Only connect platforms you're authorised to manage, and only give Leysa roles your organisation has approved.
  • You decide who gets access to your workspace, which areas they can use, and which automations need approval. Changes made through Leysa are made on your instructions.
  • Check what an automation will do before you run or approve it. Some changes (such as deleting a guest or removing licences) can't easily be undone.
  • Keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly at security@leysa.ai if you think your workspace has been misused.

Acceptable use

Don't use Leysa to break the law, to access accounts or data you're not authorised to access, to send spam or phishing, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to try to get around its security controls. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will tell the Owner why unless the law prevents us.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The workspace Owner can delete the workspace and its data at any time.

Microsoft and other platforms

Leysa works through the platforms' own interfaces. We're not responsible for their outages, changes or delays (for example, Microsoft sometimes takes minutes to apply a change), and your use of them is covered by your agreements with those providers.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep Leysa reliable and secure, but it's provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Leysa in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using Leysa at any time by cancelling your plan or deleting your workspace (deleting it cancels any plan straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period). We may end the service with reasonable notice, and will give you time to export your Activity history first. If we end it for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of the period you've paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Leysa changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date at the top, and for a change that materially affects you we'll email the workspace Owner at least 30 days beforehand. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect; carrying on using Leysa after that means the new terms apply. Price changes follow the separate notice above.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: support@leysa.ai.
