Questions about billing.
Will we be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. Nothing is ever charged unless your workspace Owner chooses a plan. If you don't, automations pause when the trial ends and everyone can still sign in.
How does the free trial work?
Once trials open and you've been invited, your 14-day trial starts when you create your workspace. It needs no card, and we'll email the workspace Owner before it ends.
Can we have more than one trial?
Each Microsoft 365 organisation can have one trial. Connecting an organisation that has already had one ends the new workspace's trial.
What happens to our data if we don't continue?
Your workspace is kept for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted. The Owner is emailed before that happens.
Can we cancel a paid plan?
Yes, at any time in Settings → Billing. The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and automations pause after that.
Will prices change without warning?
No. We give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it only applies from your next renewal after that. You can cancel before then.
